playlist_play Session

Many Sparks,
one smooth run

A Playlist is a curated sequence of Sparks stitched into a single, host-paced session — all on one join code. Members join once and their screens follow the host from activity to activity. It's the difference between a pile of tools and an actual meeting.

what it is

Your whole meeting, on rails

Open a Climate check to read the room, run a Poll to make a call, brainstorm in a Word Cloud, and close with an Ask-the-Host — without ever making people re-enter a code. You arrange the Sparks in advance; on the day, you just tap Next. Members' phones sync automatically to whatever you're showing.

info
Playlists can sequence any Spark except Quiz — Quiz runs as its own standalone, competitive session with its leaderboard intact.
why hosts love it

The benefits, plainly

bolt

Zero dead air

No “everyone type this new code” fumbling between activities — it all just flows.

insights

One tidy recap

Every activity's topline lands on one shared summary screen at the end.

how to build & run one

From a blank canvas to a finished session

Six stages, one join code, zero re-joining.

  1. Create & scope

Tap “Create Playlist” and choose a scope — Public (anyone with the code) or Squad (your team only).

  2. Build

Add Sparks, configure each one, and drag to reorder until the flow feels right. Save the Playlist to reuse it any time.

  3. Start the session

Tap “Start Session”. Members join by code or link into one unified lobby; the big screen shows who's arriving.

  4. Host & play

A progress strip shows where you are. Tap “Next activity”, “Previous”, or “Show results”. Every member's phone syncs to whatever you're on — automatically.

  5. End

On the final activity, tap “End Playlist” to wrap the session for the whole room at once.

  6. Recap

Everyone lands on a shared four-tile summary — total responses and a topline per activity — on the big screen and every phone.
